Much to my surprise my husband exclaimed to me, “I’m full after eating this!!” This smoothie bowl packs in tons of whole grains, greens, protein, and nutrients that keeps you full and energized! Matcha tea improves brain function, increases metabolism, is packed with antioxidants, and contains caffeine to get you going!

Toddler Tip: If you want to share this with kids, blend everything before adding the Matcha powder, serve them part of the smoothie, then add the Matcha for yourself! I certainly do not want to accidentally serve my toddler caffeine!
